Missions

In 1986 Cindy went to Cabo San Lucas with a team from College Avenue Baptist Church. In addition to helping with the local church’s building project, she sang and shared her testimony in Spanish.

In 1990 through 1991 Cindy was a part of the Jews for Jesus Music/Drama team, “The Liberated Wailing Wall”. She and the other team members lived on a forty foot bus for 18 months and traveled to almost every state in America. Their team also went to England, South Africa and Israel. (Cindy and Michael met in South Africa and they were married on March 2nd, 1992)

In 1993 Cindy and Michael went to Russia with a team from College Avenue Baptist Church. Their purpose was to build a good relationship with one of the Russian Churches there. They worked on a building project, sang in several Churches and had outdoor evangelistic outreaches. Many people gave their hearts to Jesus!

In 1995 Cindy and Michael led a praise band from College Ave. Baptist Church on a tour through Malawi, Africa. They, along with members of the African Bible College gave concerts in various parts of Malawi. Many people accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior!

In 2001 Cindy went to Japan and Korea with author/speaker, Pam Farrel. Cindy led the worship for several retreats that were attended by missionaries from various parts of the world.

In 2006 Cindy went to Japan and Korea with You Can! Ministries. She and her team members ministered at two American Military Bases. They were there to encourage the women whose husbands were stationed in Iraq. God did amazing things! One night in Korea they witnessed the moving of the Holy Spirit in a powerful way. Many were set free from Satan’s grip of sin and oppression. Glory to God!
